When you book your trips with me, not only I organise everything for you but AFTER CARE is also part of my travel services. When there are flight schedule changed, delayed or cancellation, I'm your first point of contact and I will deal with the dramas on your behalf so you won't have to lift a finger. Why spend hours on the phone with the airlines when you have ME to take care of it 🙃💪

Who are my clients? Pretty much anyone who wishes to travel so it could be leisure, group or corporate travel.
Every client has different needs so the more you pour your heart out about what you really want, the more I can piece the puzzle together and deliver exactly that. Here are some examples of the questions I usually ask in a consultation:

I'd normally compare 6-8 options and give you 3 options for you to choose from so I don't confuse you. Depending on your request and my work load but if it's just flights, I can get back to you within 3 hours and for a more complicated trip with accommodations, tours etc this can be between 2-5 business days.

Technology is amazing these days and without it, life would be like eating chips without sauce . A lot of people ask me why book with agents when you can book online yourself. Well you can and I’m not stopping you.
Most of the time I can get the same price as any online sites as I get the same access but when you book your flights, hotels, transfers, tour from all different sites it can get complicated and stressful. What if the dates are wrong? Or connecting flights don't match or there's not enough time to transfer? Holidays are meant to be enjoyed, not a hassle. Why not do everything in one place, with a pro who can overlook all the details to make sure there's no drama. Drama can be fun but only on reality TV (think 2 girls, 1 rose, 1 bachelor).

What are the fees involved when booking your trip with me?
Currently I have a non-refundable commitment fee of $125/person before I start doing the research for you.
My research include:
✅3 Flight options.
✅Trip planning.
✅Travel insurance options.
If you proceed with the booking with me, the non-refundable commitment fee will be converted into my service fee which include:
✅ Organising your flights, 3 options for accommodation in each city, travel insurance, airport transfer and day tour if you required.
✅ After care. If there is any flight cancellation, delay etc I will be the one who deal on your behalf so that you won't have to spend time calling the airlines.
If you decide not to proceed with me then the non-refundable commitment fee is for my research time.
My business hours ⏰ Monday - Friday 9.30am - 5pm. For any urgent enquiries or if you need help after business hours, there will be an additional fee of $50/hour.
