About Me

I have been booking travel since I was born..... jokes.... it's actually 16 years so I'd like to think I know what I'm doing, fortunately my customers agree. 

Here's a little about my life in the travel industry:

Starting in 2007 I was a Consultant at STA Travel, kicking off my career in travel. From there, I was promoted to Assistant Manager and then Branch Manager, building up my experience in Australia. 

 

In 2014, I was offered the opportunity to develop and train my own team in Bangkok, Thailand. For 14 months I reported directly to the MD, hired a team of 10+ travel consultants, acquired two Corporate Accounts (British Council & TTI Global) and learned the difference between Thai & Australian business cultures. 

Why am I working for myself now?
 

Through the experience, I realised what I love and quite simply - I love helping people organise their travel. Whether it's a holiday, a business trip, conferences, events or group bookings. 

I think that when you are helping someone organising their holiday, it should be done with love and care. Sounds corny but treat people like how you want to be treated and everything will fall into place.

I have helped all types of clients with their travel from students to couples to groups of besties, through to luxe, business travel and corporate trips so I understand everyone has different needs. Travel industry is all about knowledge, fast & reliable customer services and honesty which is how I operate my business. 

Being a Personal Travel Manager gives me the time to spend with each client to make sure I explore the best solution to your holiday including flights, accommodation, transfers, travel insurance, tours, shop, food, drinks and much more. 

When you book your trips with me, not only I organise everything for you but AFTER CARE is also part of my travel services. When there are flight schedule changed, delayed or cancellation, I'm your first point of contact and I will deal with the dramas on your behalf so you won't have to lift a finger. Why spend hours on the phone with the airlines when you have ME to take care of it 🙃💪

 

I am all about CUSTOMER SERVICE BABY👼

I have been my own boss for the last 6 years with 2 year of battling with covid dramas for my clients. I was going to walk away from my travel business once I get all my clients' refund back but more and more repeated clients came back to me for help once the border opened and this is when I realised how much I LOVE to help my clients with their holidays. My business went from 0 to 100 in the last 6 months. I now have a Mini me aka Jam to help me so that I can concentrate on speaking to more clients. So I guess I'm doing okay 😝


I have been to Vietnam, Cambodia, Singapore, Malaysia, Bali, Fiji, USA, Canada, London, Paris, Amsterdam, Italy, Germany, Japan and my hometown Thailand. I just came back from Spain, Portugal , Hungary , France and Koh Samui.
